Discuss the use of the format and update FS buttons #19

There are currently format and update buttons as part of the FS window. Do we want to allow these? Do we want them to be password protected, so that kids don't pick up a robot and reformat it and some other kid looses their programs?

The decision was that we did not want these buttons and eliminated them.
