Clean up unused files #5

There are still a lot of files from the Thumby release that we no longer need. They should be removed and any exceptions cleaned up.

Don't know if I got them all. But eliminated a lot. rp2040 emulator bitmap and grayscale uf2 files and more..

And change the directory structure to get rid of the Games hierarchy

Files are put into the root directory now.

Eliminated unused files. Did I get the all?
