This fix is an add-on to the merged blog post https://github.com/Open-Science-Community-Saudi-Arabia/OSCSA-en-blog/pull/42

• I rename the file name from "sandy-intro" to "outreachy-intro" to remove the personalization link.

• I replace the outreachy thumbnail with the Nigeria image as thumbnail.

I was wondering if it's worth also renaming the blog "Growing with Open Source" rather than "Hello Outreachy" since a couple of the blog posts are also named Outreachy. How does it should to you and @RealRichi3?

I think “Growing with open source “ would be a perfect fit for the next blog post “everyone struggles” that would highlight the learning and struggles in contributing to open source
