Summary

Re-submtting [ Created an event subpage Task 3 issue #12 and #180 #108 ] PR #87 because there was conflict between my PR and the merged PR so I am resubmitting Creating an event subpage in both Arabic and English part of the website having three cards that will lead you to the events in Zenodo

List of changes proposed in this PR (pull-request)

• Added an event subpage for both English and arabic
• Added three cards in the subpage that will lead you to Zenodo.
• Each cards contain an image, event name, speaker, language and date of event.
