Replace not only the start menu but also the entire taskbar #1682

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The problem ist the useless terrible windows 11 taskbar and its lack of do not combine, its inability to be moved to the side or the top, its inability to display more than one row of buttons, its lack or labels, its inability to show small icons, etc...

Describe the solution you'd like

OpenShell should entirely replace the entire shell, that is completely replace not only the start menu but entire entire taskbar, an example how to do that can be found here: https://github.com/Pdawg-bytes/GyroShell

ExplorerPatcher works for now but it reliance on unused legacy code makes it not a reliable alternative going forward.
