Setting on Win 11 21H2 not appicable on 23H2 #1778

Describe the bug

Open Shell version 4.4.191... on Win 11 21H2 with this setting for taskbar : 2023-11-22 20 49 03 This has no effect under Win 11 23H2, no more than with transparency.

Area of issue

Taskbar

To reproduce

Backup settings on 21H2 and restore on 23H2.

Expected behavior

Same effect !

4.4.191

Windows version

Win 11 23H2

got same issue, transparency is not working anymore :(

I finally managed to get it in combination with TranslucentTB portable (which didn't give transparency either) running as admin
