Classic Start button has X position -1 on Win11 taskbar (23H2) #1868

Describe the bug

On Win11 23H2, the Classic Start button has horizontal position -1, instead of 1 or 2.

Install Win11 23H2, choose Classic button in Start button properties, icon size 32.
