OpenShell Start Menu + StartIsBack++ Start Orb = Reopening Start Menu #1927

Describe the bug

I'm using openshell for the startmenu only, and startisback++ for the taskbar and start orb. When using the start orb from openshell, it works fine but i need to use the startisback++ one cause after oobe the start orbs over lap each other (i'm doing it in audit mode, and also sorry if my english is bad)

Area of issue

Start menu

To reproduce

  1. Disable Start Orb inside of Open-Shell
  2. Choose a Start Orb inside of StartIsBack++ and apply it
  3. Reopening start menu (can't close it after clicking on it, clicking on a blank space or hitting the Windows key works)

Expected behavior

Just expected a normal situation, where it would just open and close, bot it only opens.

4.4.191

Windows version

Windows 10 21H2 IoT Enterprise LTSC

and anyway open shell can skin the taskbar

and it does it badly, leaving a blue colored space where open programs are in my experience, also it would keep windows 10 buttons style and tray flyout.

That's a bug with StartIsBack++, not Open-Shell. This same bug can sometimes happen on the native start menu
