Taskbar Text Colour Customisation Works Only Partially #1929

Describe the bug

When customising the taskbar, all the other settings except text colour work beautifully. The selected text colour is only applied on time and date, and nothing else. issue

Area of issue

Taskbar

To reproduce

  1. Check Show all settings checkbox
  2. Click on Taskbar tab
  3. Check Customize taskbar
  4. Select any of the Taskbar look options, it doesn't matter
  5. Change Taskbar text color to any colour you like
  6. Click OK
  7. Right-click Start Button and click Exit
  8. Restart Open-Shell by searching for Open-Shell Menu Settings
  9. Observe the text colour being applied to only date and time

Expected behavior

Expected behaviour: All text present on the taskbar is recoloured.
