"Language DLL" link flagged by Google Safe Browsing #1940

Describe the bug

The link labeled "language DLL" on the website and in the README.md here both go to a location that is flagged by Google Safe Browsing. Firefox itself is showing this without anything else (ad blockers / etc.) affecting the page.

  1. Click the link for "Language DLL"
  2. Firefox users will be given the alert
