Customization issues #1949

Describe the bug

When i try to customize the classic with two columns style start menu and add elements, they dont appear. Theres only a few elements that actually appear, the rest dont work.

Area of issue

Start menu

To reproduce

Go to Customize Start Menu in settings, try to add any element. It will appear in the current menu items but not on the start menu.

Expected behavior

No response

Could you add screenshots for clarification? From settings (where you have added items) and also from actual menu (once you click OK in settings). Also your configuration XML would be helpful.
