With Windows 10 Pro 1809 or 1903 pre-configured to show "Spotlight" Lock Screen, installing original Classic Start menu or Open-Shell-Menu 4.4.131 will disable Spotlight Lock Screen and replaces it with Picture mode. If possible, consider a fix that retains the Spotlight Lock Screen functionality after installation of Open-Shell-Menu. thx

The interesting thing is that this issue only happens on my home PC, while my work PC has no issues. The work PC is managed by IT dept.
