Most likely you've had 4.4.170
installed at some point and it wasn't properly removed (or some references to the old package remained in the system).
You can use our Utility to perform manual uninstall (run the tool and select Remove Open-Shell
).
After that you should be able to install new version.

When I try to update from version 4.4.189 directly to version 4.4.191, I receive an error message that contains a reference to version 4.4.170.
