On second monitor, File explorer bottom row uses wrong DPI #1990

Describe the bug

I have two monitors with different resolution and scaling. On the low res monitor, the explorer displays information in the bottom row using the primary monitor absolute size. (too large) 366839725-989e775e-e103-49bc-846c-d6c341c6715e

To reproduce

Open explorer on second monitor or drag the window across to second monitor.

Expected behavior

I want explorer to use correct DPI on second monitor. I want the placement of text to be indented slightly as the text goes all the way to the edge. 366839643-fed72237-1189-416d-864d-c7c7d82721c4
