Windows Explorer address bar not visible #1995

Describe the bug

The first time I open Windows Explorer after a restart, the address bar is not visible. I need to close Explorer and re-open it for rthe address bar to appear

Area of issue

Windows Explorer

To reproduce

  1. Restart computer
  2. Open Win Explorer - no address bar visible
  3. Close Win Explorer
  4. Re-open Explorer - address bar is now visible

Expected behavior

Address bar to be visible the first time I open Win Explorer after a restart

4.4.191

Windows version

Win 11 22H2 Build 22621.4169

I have just set the File Explorer control interface to "Windows 10 Ribbon" using Explorer Patcher and that seems to have resolved the issue.
