In case you are unaware, in the "Controls" tab of Open-Shell Menu Settings, you can toggle to revert to the standard Win+X menu. However, I do agree that the Classic RClick menu should be more customizable, maybe a similar UI to the "Customize Start Menu Items" settings panel as it is now.
I was unaware, in deed. I did not know the Win + X Shortcut either.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I really like the original Win 10 start menu's context menu: software, power saving and device manager are just a few of the many shortcuts that you find there. Classic shell does only allow to open the explorer from this menu.
Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have all the options of the default windows 10 context menu and maybe even more, maybe even user-defined commands. Best would be if the user could arrange the order as he likes in the settings menu of classic shell
