Add compatibility with WindowBlinds #674

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I like to use WindowBlinds for a classic theme, however the taskbar theming of Open Shell conflicts with it, even if it's set to not skin the taskbar.

Describe the solution you'd like If possible, I would like the option to leave the whole taskbar unskinned. At the moment, it seems that something is still changed even if it's set to not themed.

Describe alternatives you've considered For now I set the colour of the taskbar to something that fits my current theme, which is fine, but not ideal.

Additional context Here you can see how I've matched the right colour but a white line still appears as it's conflicting. image

Here is what it looks like with a Win XP theme, you can imagine what the taskbar is supposed to look like. image

Sorry the issue is exactly the same, is there a specific setting you wanted me to try? I tried this but the issue is still present.

Try signing out and back in after applying the Taskbar texture.
