Feat: Attractive question cards(eye catchy and effects )

Describe the feature

The cards are having a basic look without any hovering effects of the card Effects like sliding the card from right to left on scrolling can be done..!

Effects for the card can be done using css and html

Sliding of cards can also be done..

Could you please label this under GSSoC'24 and give the appropriate level label to it and assign to me.. I'm eagerly looking forward to work on it..😊
