Describe the feature
There should be more flexibility in the options to get better results, as the options listed are of two extremes, either people can choose the high extreme (positive, affirmative, frequently) or low extreme (negative or rarely).
But this doesn't help them to point to exactly how they feel, we can either put 5 options stating:
highly agreed agreed neutral disagree highly disagree
Or
We can put 3 options as:
Frequently / Affirmative / Positive / Agree Moderately / Neutral Rarely / Negative / Disagree

For example, here i can't just point out to the extremes, for me both of these activities are moderate / neutral, this will help people more.
