DOC:Need of guidelines for project/localhost setup

What's wrong with the existing documentation

Existing Documentation doesn't clear the path way to follow after cloning the forked repository. And being a node run users get confused with starting the project and check in their localhost.

Add ScreenShots

As READMe file is most seen, i think both contributing guidelines and readme should be updated with environment setup steps for a smooth and non complex user experience.
