Improvements in Heritage Collection section #27

Issue: Category Listings in this section occupies 6 rows and it takes too long to scroll till SUBSCRIBE section.

I want to list only 3 rows of categories while the rest will be hidden and add 'View all Categories' btn to display all listed categories.
This will also open room to add more categories in future and improve User Experience.

Please assign me this issue under Hactoberfest.
