Data for Cyber Security roadmap #11

For #4 (Milestone: 1) Contribute cyber-security Roadmap data in the format of frontend.json, the file should be named cybersec_data.json, for now put the file in finetune_data folder (this will be changed in the future). Take reference from roadmap.sh
