This is a PR which addresses the addition of code of conduct markdown file to SadakAI project. A standard template has been used for the users of the project and an email ID has been added for reporting purposes which reaches Open Source Chandigarh. Thank you. Please review and action accordingly. Please add hacktoberfest-accepted label.
