Create Sample Data for Milestone 1

We need data to train the model on, looking for contributors to contribute roadmap related data in the format of frontend.json recommended source to fetch the data from: roadmap.sh

@DiveIntoInfinity by all means do! Please follow CONTRIBUTING.md for instructions on how to contribute. Also, please raise an issue on the topic you would like to contribute to before starting the work, then you will be assigned that topic so we can avoid getting duplicate data on the same topic by other contributors.
