projects/designs carousel display previous and next buttons sometimes aren't visible without also needing to scroll (or zooming out on page)

maybe need to adjust carousel items container width or the category full card content width

This is the larger issue I've been talking about where the side-panel is expanding farther than it should for some views and I don't know why
