Contribution guidelines #1

Open das3in opened 6 years ago

We should have a set of guidelines in place that best fosters the development of Open Source Paintball's projects. My company has a public Code of Conduct and Playbook that many open source communities use to inspire their best practices.

We could also designate a Community Manager whose job, in addition to contributing code, would be to help the community contribute in the best way possible. This would include things like: issue tagging, new developer mentoring, issue management, closing stale/bad PR's etc.

Lol I'd be happy to. I have all day every Friday to work on Open Source at work so I'll use that time to help out here.

Let’s have an online meeting next Friday. I want to get all of the early developers involved and set areas of expertise. Is that a good day for you?

Please include me. I do open source hardware and can help with software. I think we can get a wifi buzzer system created by 2019 season.
