Use py file and not .ui file #1

We now build a python file form the qt designer .ui file.

It makes it easier to work with the ui elements.

@jperera96 im merging this now, but i would like all future prs to be reviewed. If you have any comments, i can revert this, or we can fix it with a new pr. I just want to get master right so that we can get started.
