Added the adafruit rfm69 dependency to the pip requirements list #23

Hi, really interesting project. I think that the current pip requirements list is missing the adafruit rfm69 package required by comms.py, I noticed as I was getting the workspace setup. Since version 2.1.5 of the adafruit rfm69 package was released around the time the rfm69 code was pulled into main, I added that to the requirements list.

Thank you @15jgme . Sorry for the lack of communication, Are you stll interested in helping us out with Mercury GS?

Hi @KISPE-Jamie, no worries at all. I'm definitely still interested in helping out, I might not have too much bandwidth for the next few weeks, but that shouldn't stop me from putting some time into a few issues. Do you have any priority on where I can help?

Hey @15jgme. Mercury has been sidelined while we're currently focusing on our first launch. But if you're still interested then I can take ownership on progressing some more of this project in tandem with yourself.

Hey @KISPE-Jamie, congrats on getting closer to the launch stage! I'm still interested, most of the issues have a similar priority level, but I can for sure start on #24, #16 and #17 since they seem to have been slated for a release.
