Describe the bug Once the Doctor action is used the turn glitches out and the only thing that works is end turn

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Just use the doctor action

Expected behavior I assume it should work like claim where you use the action then move on with your life

attribute 6 works, so maybe copying that structure for this will work as well

This is actually a larger issue so I'm going to close this and make something else
