Cropland residue is not feasible to be used for biogas production at a household level, as the technology is much more expensive and on a bigger scale.
There is more up to date information on livestock at the district level in Nepal. Dilip will share this data. That can be used directly or to calibrate the livestock datasets from FAO: http://www.fao.org/livestock-systems/global-distributions/en/
