Fix ControlPoint dragger issues

When dragging ControlPoint, dragger sometimes collides with the preview - this PR aims to fix that.

PR also:

• switches from spawn to BindToRenderStep for preview updates
• adds connection for updates to start instance
• adds dynamic refresh scaling
