Replace "Path" folders with a better, more customisable structure

The current behaviour is to add a "Path" folder to workspace with each segment its own model. This is undesirable in most workflows as it clutters workspace. Many people use Folders for things that are important for gameplay, and because they go to the top this can make it harder to find more important things to your game.

A simple setting to parent created paths, create a naming scheme, and use models instead of folders would go a long way.
