Installation of version 7.1.0

I am now trying to install version 7.1.0 on my office table top and new problems pop up.

Here are the error messages describing the problems that I and the network's administrator have encountered.

The same error messages are received upon an attempt to unisntall older versions of PK-Sim.

We did check and all of Windows updates have been installed

Please temporarily disable your antivirus software and try the installation again. If it does not help: try to deinstall the old version via ControlPanel/Software first ( with disabled antivirus protection)

How about isolating the desktop from the network (remove the cable). In that way, you can temporarily stop the antivirus which will allow you to install the package. Please check with your System Administrator if this is a possible option to install the package.

@zt1947 Please have your administrator turn off the antivirus and perform a full uninstall of the suite and a new install of OSP Suite 7.1.0

Since no internet access is required to install the full setup of the suite, you can safely go into airplane mode before disabling your antivirus.

If you have more issues, please do not hesitate to update this post.
