Array vs RT-PCR vs EST #439

Hi, I am learning PBPK. I was wondering which database (Array, RT-PCR or EST) one should use to add an expression of the protein. Is there any preference?

RT-PCR is considered the most precise, but has only a fraction of the entries of the others. In any case I would always also look for alternative sources if available (e.g. literature) to cross-validate the database entries.
