In the model of Ciprofloxacin, the lipophilicity and tubular secretion are optimized to get the good fitting. But how could we know which parameter should be optimized?
And does it make sense to change the lipophilicity arbitrarily?
Also, I find if optimize the lipophilicity and tubular secretion in the PO model directly, it can't get the good fitting. Why?
