Move building blocks between modules #1358

This would be a pretty handy feature for V12 iteration 1.

Should the user be able to move building blocks to modules easily where the building block type does not already exist? This would be pretty common. Especially in an upgrade where all the building blocks are in separate modules.

Right now, I think you'd have to export a bb to the file system, then load to the module.
