New passive transport -> Parameters tab: weird layout #1364

Passive transports -> Create new transport -> tab "Parameters":

This look weird.

This is because the : should be preceded by the transport name. Since the transport is newly created, it does not have a name yet.

The workflow when creating a new transport is that the modal dialog cannot be dismissed without a name for the transport

So, it's best not to give the newly created transporter a name; instead, if the transporter name is null or empty, give the label a default value without naming the transporter.
