Extend PV and IC BB from PKML #1415

PV BB can be loaded from PKML (e.g., from an expression profile), but there is no way to combine multiple expression profiles to one PV BB. This could be solved by merging a PV BB or an expression profile from pkml into an existing PV BB.

Also extending IC BB from pkml would be good.
