I have created a simulation in PK-Sim and selected "Allow aging", then sent this simulation to MoBi.
In the simulation, the value of the parameter Organism|Bone|Volume is shown like this:
This is the typical (yet confusing) representation of parameters defined by a formula.
In the "Individual"-BB, the same parameter has a "Value", and no "Formula". However, in the "Formulas" tab, there is a table formula "Bone-Volume" which is a table formula:
But it is not selected anywhere! And I cannot select it for the "Bone|Volume" parameter - the table formula is simply not shown... So -
WHERE IS THE VALUE OF THE VOLUME SET TO THE TABLE??
This table formula has "Simulation Time [year(s)]as x-dimension?? It is possible to have anything else then just "Time"?
