In the attached project:

I have created a PI by multi-selecting the three simulations "0 mg/kg (vehicle)", "0.75 mg/kg", and "2.5 mg/kg"
All three simulations are listed but the outputs and the parameters are only shown for one!

Expected - a parameter is shown for each simulation, and not 3x for one simulation.

Lol, even if I create a PI using the simulatoin "0 mg/kg (vehicle)", outputs for "0.75 mg/kg" are shown:

In the simulation "Data" tab, also the outputs for the 0.75mg/kg simulation are shown:

I think I cloned the other two simulations from the 0.75mg/kg one! So cloning is messed up somehow.

Ah, this is probably not seen before because we did not previously have a simulation clone.

The Model and RootContainer have to be renamed along with the simulation rename.

I'm going to rename and hijack this issue to clear up the upstream problem cloning simulation.
