I often experience the problem that the simulated amounts of molecules are not zero, though the molecule has not been administered and no processes that "produce" the molecule are present. The simulated concentrations are very low (> 1e-17), but this sometimes leads to problems.
I know about the numerical noise etc, but I would expect that 0 is always 0. Is there a way to improve this somehow?
