Basis for discussion of "Redesign of Events".

Known Problems with the status quo:

  1. Event structure with Groups/Subgroups/Events too complicated.

Maybe Events and applications should be completely separated in MoBi? Depends also on the outcome of the "Applications" discussion in #13

Two steps:

1) Simplify the structure

2) Introduce PK-Sim like wizards for creation of the (simplified) structure (one-way)
