Minor issues in the raltegravir report #37

Many thanks for your Comments, The comments are processes in the report. The evaluation package, and report are now newly generated and a pull request is awaiting to be accepted for a new release as version 1.2. (reason: new input MD files and adjusted description of the lipophilicity source). The new pk-sim (json) file is tested for correct loading.

Only non-adjusted comment is the renaming of all figure descriptions. This is a feature wish awaiting to be automatized (retrieving the figure description automatically from the simulation name @Yuri05 ))

The revised and recreated report including watermark is attached in in this post. raltegravir_evaluation_report_v1.2.pdf
