Hi

I am new to github, try to practice PK-Sim and Mobi. I found there is no "download" icon as decribed in some posts, and righ click to "save link as" won't save the correct file to be opened. Any idea to help with this? thanks!

The easiest way to download the whole repository content is to click on "Download ZIP" under Code (on the top level of the repository)

thank you very much! I am wondering whether so in that case I will download all the compounds. If i am only interested in downloading one compound folder, is there a way?

It's not directly possible on GitHub. You can either download the whole repository or start downloading files one by one. Some 3rd party tools enable Github folder downloading, e.g. https://download-directory.github.io/
