Is `intall-packages.R` still required?

@Felixmil If we provide installation from GitHub, https://github.com/Open-Systems-Pharmacology/OSPSuite-R/blob/develop/inst/extdata/install-packages.R is not required and can be removed?

If not - adjust to using rSharp.

Never noticed this file, and also never used it.

Unless it is used for something specific (@Yuri05 ❔), and since we now can install everything from github easily, I would delete it indeed.
