Right now they are not added if it does not exist by path. This is required for the changed in ontogeny behavior

this infos (Origin and Info) are defined at the Individual Parmaeter level .It feels that it belongs to other entries as well (Expression Parameter and PValue). Do you see any problem adding them here?

I don't know what IsDefault means in this context.
