Add Funcparser souce code to nuget package #26

@onwhenrdy Where is the version coming from when we compile the code in R? At the moment, the version comes from the appveyor.yml file / build. This is lost. I am not sure that it matters but we need to be sure it won't cause any issues when using the component if it has a different major version

@onwhenrdy If you download the nuget package here https://ci.appveyor.com/api/buildjobs/4xot1e5anl2grve2/artifacts/OSPSuite.FuncParser.4.0.0.42.nupkg you should be able to see how it would look like once retrieved from the R package (a nuget package is a zip file that you can simply unzip)
