-A temporal workaround for the problem when hTab->GetRecords()->GetCount(); returns more intervals than present. If the number of points is 0 (indicating a non-existent entry), the entry is ignored.

The "correct" fix should be (probably) performed in DCIR, see https://github.com/Open-Systems-Pharmacology/R-Toolbox/issues/10
The current solution is unlikely to destroy anything, but fixes the problem in R.

Accepting for now. However the reason is definetly in the wrong usage of the DCI component in the consumer (R- and/or Matlab-Toolbox and should be corrected there)
