Ensure that solver lib can be loaded from the current directory #84

At the moment, when loading simmodel from R, the solver is not found even though the dll is in the same folder as SimModel. The caller needs to update the search path for the dll to be found which is in all honesty ridiculous in 2019!

This needs to be changed in my opinion and I see it as a bug

Let's forget about it for now. Setting the cur dir works even if it's hugly
