Make formulations "easier to solve" for the ODE solver #1699

Using e.g. Weibull functions significantly slow down simulation speed. Maybe we can think of a solution with a less drastic effect on simulation speed. @Yuri05 ?

Is it the formulation or the tablet movement which slows down the simulation? You can try some scenarios to test it

  1. Replace the weibull dissolution with a constant dissolution in MoBi
  2. Replace the weibull dissolution with a table (manually or as described here)

If scenario 1 is not significantly better than Weibull - the tablet movement itself and not the Weibull formulation is the problem.

I think it is the tablet movement, because the simulation speed drastically increased after this feature has been introduced.
